These Scape Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions explain the important points applicants should understand before applying to join our affiliate programme.

By submitting an application to join the Scape Affiliate Programme, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.

1. Application Is Subject to Approval

Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance into the affiliate programme.

All applications will be reviewed by Scape Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

This programme is currently open to applicants who are:

• Based in Malaysia; and
• At least eighteen (18) years old.

By applying, you confirm that the information provided in your application is true and accurate.

3. How the Affiliate Programme Works

If your application is approved, you may promote our products through photos, videos, social media content, websites, or other suitable platforms.

You will be given a unique affiliate link or tracking method.

When a customer clicks your affiliate link and successfully places an order through our website, you may be entitled to receive commission based on the agreed commission rate.

4. Commission

Commission will be calculated based on a percentage determined by Scape Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

Unless otherwise stated, commission is calculated based on the product selling price only, excluding delivery fees, installation fees, discounts, refunds, and other non-product charges.

Commission is only applicable to valid and completed orders.

No commission will be given for cancelled, refunded, unpaid, duplicated, fraudulent, or invalid orders.

The commission rate, payment schedule, and payout method will be confirmed with approved affiliates.

5. Tracking

Commission will only be tracked when customers use your assigned affiliate link or tracking method correctly.

Scape Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for untracked sales caused by incorrect links, customer browser settings, expired tracking, technical issues, or customers placing orders without using your affiliate link.

Our system records will be used as the final reference for tracking and commission calculation.

6. Content, Promotion and Advertising Usage

Affiliates may create photos, videos, captions, reviews, or other content to promote our products.

All content must be honest, respectful, accurate, and must not include false claims, unauthorised discounts, or promises on behalf of Scape Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

Affiliates must not present themselves as employees, agents, partners, or official representatives of Scape Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

By joining the programme, you agree that Scape Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. may repost, share, edit, and use the content you create about our products for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes, including our website, social media, online store, email marketing, and paid ads.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, no additional payment will be required for such content usage.

7. Programme Changes

Scape Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend the affiliate commission, programme structure, requirements, or terms at any time.

We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation if there is misuse, false information, dishonest activity, or behaviour that may harm the company or brand.

8. Personal Data

By submitting your application, you agree that Scape Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. may collect and use your personal information for reviewing your application, contacting you, managing the affiliate programme, and processing commission payments where applicable.
